Formulyze is an innovative B2B SaaS startup transforming how cosmetic manufacturers discover ingredient suppliers.
Instead of contacting dozens of suppliers individually, R&D teams can publish their sourcing project once on Formulyze and receive tailored proposals from relevant suppliers. At the same time, ingredient suppliers gain access to qualified business opportunities earlier in the innovation process.
Today, Formulyze is used by cosmetic manufacturers and ingredient suppliers across Europe and is rapidly expanding internationally.
At SEPAWA Congress 2026, we are looking for an enthusiastic team member who will become the face of Formulyze and help us introduce our platform to the industry.
Business Development Ambassador (m/f/d) – SEPAWA Congress 2026
Berlin | 14–16 October 2026 | Full-time during the congress
This is not a typical trade fair or hostess position.
We are looking for someone who enjoys business conversations, learns quickly and would like to represent an ambitious startup at one of Europe's leading cosmetics industry congresses.
For three days, you will work directly alongside the founder and become a genuine member of the Formulyze team.
Your responsibilities
- Represent Formulyze professionally throughout SEPAWA 2026
- Welcome visitors and proactively engage with professionals from the cosmetics industry
- Confidently explain the Formulyze platform and its value proposition
- Identify interesting companies and qualify potential customers
- Support business discussions with cosmetic manufacturers and ingredient suppliers
- Help create an energetic, professional and welcoming atmosphere at our booth
- Work closely with the founder throughout the event
Who we are looking for
You are someone who enjoys meeting new people and can explain ideas clearly and confidently.
Ideally you are:Language requirements
- A Master's student, final-year Bachelor's student, recent graduate or young professional
- Passionate about startups, innovation and business development
- Confident speaking with senior professionals
- Professional, proactive and reliable
- Curious, quick to learn and highly motivated
Additional languages are an advantage.
- Native or fluent German (C2)
- Excellent English (C1/C2)
